Liondrake

Liondrakes are a mixture of lions and brass dragons, created by an ancient wizard-king in the @Czen region. They have an elongated body covered in dark orange fur with a lion-like head and leathery wings that they can use to glide.

They are intelligent and managed to escape their creator, but their reduced capability of flying resulted their territory being restricted within the Brasswall Range. They lived by preying on cattle and sheep, but the War Between Order and Chaos wiped most of them out.

Although exceedingly rare in the modern world, the liondrakes are still considered an emblematic animal in Czenova, portrayed in statues and murals within the city. Even the local Air Brigade is named after the creature.
