Venomhead
Venomhead, so-called because of the "poison that must have melted his brain," is an itinerant soothsayer, currently "predicting" events from his corner in The Library district.
He began his divination in Godsmount, but was quickly cast out by the organizations in control there.
Most agree that something in the Skeinshale Mine must have scrambled his brain, but nobody truly knows for sure.
His prophecies are regarded as gibberish by most Cityfolk, but, sometimes, there are enough kernels of truth to what he has foreseen to make residents take pause.
