The Decree

The Decree serve as the functionaries, diplomats, civil servants, accountants, and overall bureaucrats in the Alerki Ascendency. They attend to the business side of running an empire, notarizing documents, collecting taxes, writing treaties, and all other administrative work that is required for the Ascendancy to function.
There are thirteen ranks, with relevant power and privileges stemming from those ranks. All members start out as a 13th Decree and can rise through the organization up to 1st Decree.
