Skeinblind Sarah is an important figure in Godsmount
According to legend, she looked so closely in the Skein she went blind. Thereafter, she began to deliver prophetic notes about events that will Come to Be. Her base of operations is in Godsmount, but her influence extends throughout New Carydam.
Recently, she's caused quite a concern with her ability to seemingly predict who will undergo Displacement.
