Noigs
The current chancellor of The Axon School, Noigs is a half-goblin cleric whose tenure has been noted for encouraging competitiveness among students. The result of that initiative was the student body fracturing into "gangs" organized by scientific discipline.
Noigs' pursuit of this culture change surprised other scholars employed at the school, since Noigs is of the Order Domain. He contends that the rivalries will create better solutions and lead to key scientific discoveries that could solve the current Displacement problem.
