Kinhall Custodians

The Kinhall Custodians are an unaffiliated, neutral party in Kinhall that assists in managing the city. Because the custodians are not connected with any of the competing gangs, they are able to tend to the town's day to day needs, maintaining and repairing the infrastructure. Each gang is expected to contribute to the Custodians upkeep.
Each Custodian swears an oath to be loyal only to the town, and never to any of the organizations competing for its authority.

The most senior custodian is called Kinkeeper.
