Lightning Speed

The character is able to increase her metabolic processes in order to gain a large burst of speed for a limited time.
Type: Major positive.
Effect: The character’s speed increases by 30 ft, and she may take one extra act per turn. This greater speed also provides her with a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to her Defence. Activating this ability is a free action. The ability lasts for 1 round per character level, and may be used a number of times per day equal to 3 + the character’s Constitution modifier.
