Monolith

Monolith, also known as The One, is according to some religious groups the ultimate creator of the universe, including all forces of nature. Many of these groups also venerate the Shrouds, which are the forces of nature incarnate. While many believe there are simply the Shrouds themselves, others argue that there was at one point a singular creator. Upon splitting himself off, a cascade of disparity arose, continuing ad infanitum. His worshipers believe he will one day recoil all that he has created, bringing it back into one singular point, where all shall be one and the same once more.
