Crow

Crow is an infamously shady innkeeper of Crow's Perch in Kianthor's Blackwater district. He not only deals in drinks, but in information. He has an ebony jaguar-like appearance and yellow watchful eyes. He has only been seen motionlessly watching and barely moving his lips as he speaks.

He knew much about the attack on the pallisades north of the city and explained that while attacks on innocents were not uncommon, this one was different.
