Commander Julian Woods

Commander Julian Woods has a broad and imposing form and is the current commander of Kianthor's city gaurd. He wears a set of half breast plate armor. He is balding and has long grayish hair. He seemed lethargic in his movements, but also anxious to lead his guards in controlling the city of Kianthor.
He seemed very kurt in his one interaction that the party witnessed with Kassiana Everbright. He was surprised to see Korae's gray skin and warned him about people who may wish to harm him in the slums of Kianthor.

Interactions

• Abel, Helsimer, Korae, and Theo met with Julian Woods on the 16th of Brynholm 28 AoR. about the bounty that he had posted. When the party asked about certain information, Commander Woods explained that certain things were strictly 'need to know' and that the party did not need to know in order to kill bandits. When pressed further, he got frustrated with the party's inquiries.
