Nuclear Salt Water Rocket

Nuclear Salt Water Rockets are highly dangerous, at times explosive, yet effective rockets, even exceeding the classical fusion torch in many aspects. Orginally considered by the Ardenian Research Board at the peak of the Cold War to equip spaceships with high-endurance, fast engines, NSWRs were designed by Scientist Zubin Robert as a no-comprimses rocket that excelled in every field.   A rarity due to the fuel method and the sheer danger invovled in operating a NSWR, NSWRs require tons upon tons of nuclear fuel, radiation shields and other such methods, and might blow up if anything goes wrong.
