Federal Intelligence Agency - Report on Weltkrian Anomalous Capabilities
1FF2LSGFIA - - - Report Compiled by Analyst in Chief John ████████ IntroductionOZUKU. A elusive agency - we've been trying to pin down what exactly it was ever since █████ ███████ came over to our side. Those initial documents gave us a few crumbs to work off of, but the recent incident about worm tech has thrown their operatives into direct conflict with our assets. A couple months ago, the 32nd Ranger Battalion, along with the 11th Fleet and the AMS Cthulu, was engaged and destroyed during a worm-tech recovery operation. ANCOM immediately dispatched operatives of Branch "Delta", a team specialized in high risk recovery of artefacts to the battle site - said operatives were able to return with recovered battle reports and video. A transcript follows. TRANSCRIPT - WORM INCIDENT
6/28/2049 11:38 Local Time - Federal Army Anomalous Command orders start to Operation Wavewasher, a operation to recover and research "worm" - Dorelikan - tech. The 11th Fleet and 32nd Ranger Battalion, both specialized units, are deployed through Eisen-Rosen bridge at the AO. 11:47 Local Time - 32nd Ranger Battalion, 3rd Infantry Platoon, reports fluctuations on RN-WL sensors. Command orders mission continuance. 12:55 Local Time - Federal Army Anomalous Command loses contact with expeditionary forces. FAAC Muster Point 33 supercapictors run out of charge, rendering wormhole generators unuseable for the next 24 hours. 13:44 Local Time - SSG-11 "Grut" missiles deployed through Eisen-Rosen bridge, source presumed to be a unknown OSUKU facility. 13:45 Local Time - 11th Fleet called to battlestations. 13:47 Local Time - All missiles are shot down, however, a further wave of unknown missiles - now identified as SSG-22 "Occultias", are deployed through Eisen-Rosen bridge. Missiles carry a single paratech jammer, rendering sensors useless as they soar towards the ships. 13:49 Local Time - Admiral Jones authorizes use of "special" weapons. Bright lights are noted by locals as the incoming contacts are suddenly engulfed in orange light. All incoming missiles shot down. 13:50 Local Time - First enemy surface combatants are seen - three Kolujgev Class Battlecruisers, assumed to be retrofitted, and five unknown designs, seemingly based on worm designs. 13:55 Local Time - Nanite cloud engulfs AMS Cthulu. All hands are lost. 13:57 Local Time - AMS Confidant, AMS Jelisco and AMS Radroc respond with their own nanite swarms, destroying incoming nanites. 14:01 Local Time - Carrier launched aircraft from AMS Cthulu shot down. Weltkrian fighters pounce on remaining ships. 14:03 Local Time - AMS Confidant sunk. Missiles. 14:04 Local Time - AMS Jelisco's crew goes insane. All crew considered MIA, ship lost. 14:05 Local Time - AMS Radroc's crew notices a annoying electronic buzzing. All thoughts are redirected to the buzzing, rendering the crew incapable of performing prescribed duties. 14:05 Local Time - AMS Callisto, the last remaining ship, enables anchors to halt the barrage of mind-warfare. Efforts are sucessful. 14:06 Local Time - AMS Callisto empties VLS cells. Two Kolujgev class battlecruisers sunk. 14:07 Local Time - AMS Callisto declares "ORIDANI" protocol. Distress signals received by FAAC satellites - however, they are unable to send reinforcement units. Captain declares last stand. 14:08 Local Time - AMS Callisto shoots down 12 incoming missiles with nanites and newly installed "dimensional guns". 14:10 Local Time - 120 incoming missiles detected on scopes, possible deployment through surface combatants and eisen-rosen bridges. 113 are shot down with, seven plunge through. 14:12 Local Time - AMS Callisto sends last message through SATLINK. Presumed sunk, final message is attached. 14:15 Local Time - 32nd Ranger battalion makes contact with OZUKU forces. 16:20 Local Time - 32nd Ranger holds off OZUKU forces for two hours utilizing paratech, nanites and whatever vehicles they had to the best of their ability, however, 32nd Ranger is overrun by superior numbers.
DDG-082 SENDS. GOOD LUCK OUT THERE, WE'LL GIVE EM A SHOW.
SAY HI TO MY WIFE FOR ME, WILL YA?
Capabilities
This confrontation demonstrates that OZUKU is in possesion of worm-tech, and has started reverse engineering this tech. We once could hide behind the fact that our Weltkrian enemies were behind us - the application of paratech in the Liberty class burner swung the pendelum in our favor - and that is a status quo we have gotten used to. The simple fact is that the Weltkrians are finally starting to catch up. In the video recordings of the 32nd's valiant last stand, OZUKU operatives were seen utilizing nanite swarms, handheld railguns, missilelites and suits similar to our own GENERIS suits, equipped with full regenerative nanite components. The most concerning development is the presence of "GALRIN" vaporizers and handheld dimensional displacers. It is very possible that OZUKU has a handle on the basics of multiversal travel. Our operatives have started to go dark across the Multiverse itself, with check-in dates lost. This puts extrauniversal anchor 3303 under threat, and the dissemination of ER bridges and instant teleportation among OZUKU operatives is immensely concerning. The security implications of a competent Weltkrian anomalous task force are immense - every single FIA facility will have to be recertified to AR3 standards to prevent remote viewing and mind-control, while our population can be commanded to rise up at us at any beck and call due to widespread mind control. This is the dawn of a new era - of magic joining conventional forces, and it will be terrifying. Simply put, we must stay ahead of our Weltkrian "friends". We must - somehow, systematically dissassemble this organization, or we'll end up with a major problem on our hands. Command
We don't have that much information on this, but OZUKU seems to be a joint branch of the National Army and RIA, with references to a "National Army Special Group" in the files. Highly concerning.
