Nestled amonst the deadly Icespire Mountain Range, The Queendom of Weissfell is little-known to the world at large. The insular nation is almost impossible to access via traditional means - the only route is to take The Cold Road north from the Vale, a journey that proves deadly for all but the strongest and most resilient of travellers.
Despite this, the nation consistently produces some of the most powerful individuals on Galadria, and it continues to persist through the ages. Just how such a nation is able to sustain itself is a bit of a common mystery, though most attribute its success to the legendary White Queen.
The people of Weissfell are rarely seen beyond the borders of the Queendom, but can always be recognized. Every child of the nation, no matter their race, bears what has come to be known as "The Crown of White". Fur, hair and sometimes even eyes are bleached of color, becoming the purest of white.
Weissfell has no major exports, however several enterprising businesses in the Mercantile Alliance of Free Cities have recently begun making headway on the importation of exotic goods in exchange for the powerful magical reagents that saturate the many nooks and Dungeons of the Icespire Mountains. Those few and fortunate enough to develop consistent business partnerships with the people of the Queendom tend to keep quiet about their dealings, lest they rouse the ire of the Queen and lose access to the lucrative market.
Of course, even the best kept secrets turn to rumor in the hands of the garrulous. Recently, whispers have begun that Weissfell can rival Magister's Rock and Arcturus when it comes to magical might - but where the industrious nations of The Sedes have made progress through innovation, Weissfell has turned its attention towards uncovering the magical secrets of ages long past.
