The Fixer-Upper

Finneas Gilligan's mech, a customized Pike unit with a storied history.   Quirks:
  • Booming Ascent
  • Bulky Legs
  • Distinct Appearance
  • Razing Arms
Look: humanoid, 12ft, heavy plating, bolts and rivets, blocky, industrial, patchwork.   The Fixer-Upper started as an industry-standard Pike unit, manufactured by Spearpoint Solutions. Pike units are armored land mechs without integrated weaponry, instead having highly articulated hands to use mech-size weapons. This unit was used multiple times for front-line fighting, often getting repaired by a specific in-house engineer, Artemis Waters. When Artemis was dispatched to be a back-line support tech for Spearpoint, he specifically requested use of this model, which he had grown fond of. He customized it by replacing some of its torso armor with a fine engineering suite, using a secondary set of controls for precise handling. Artemis and the Fixer-Upper were deployed on Spearpoint's orbital base, The Steelmoon, in the skies above Corvus-IV (in Echloros System).   Years later, Finneas found the mech's frame in Corvus' Debris Ravine, near Sanctum. It was completely stripped for parts, missing its arms and armor and completely covered in graffiti. Over the next eight years, Finneas repaired and tested the mech, adding bladed arms from a Kylepsi Design Collaborate Alogaki unit and a scrapped rocket engine found in the Garagelands.
