Pyrokinesis
Effect
Allows the user to conjure flames from matter, regardless of the current state of said matter. A measure of control is also given over the conjured flame, such as being able to throw, shape and snuff it.
Side/Secondary Effects
Immunity to flames is not given, leaving many early users burning themselves and others very easily.
Gestures & Ritual
While most users prefer to hold their flames similar to a fireball, there is no actual requirement of this. A seasoned user may choose to create and manipulate fire without a single movement.

As matter is required, flames cannot be conjured in a void.
