Precognition

Effect

Allows users to see the direct consequences of their actions a few seconds before they make the actions, such as seeing where a thrown ball will bounce to, or what removing a brick will do to a pile. Actions that depend on other living creatures are not able to be seen by Precognition, however, Telepathy allows a user of both to make an educated guess.

Side/Secondary Effects

Understanding the direct outcomes causes confusion during the early stages of using Precognition, whereas later on users can become far more cautious, to the point of refusing to take actions unless they are aware of the outcomes. Over reliance on Precognition often leads to intense bouts of confusion when the user is unable to either see what their actions will cause, or are unable to use Precognition properly for various reasons.

Manifestation

Users of Precognition see the direct outcome as a ghostly silhouette, becoming more transparent the further away chronologically it is from the cause. One example is being able to see where a ball will bounce to as soon as it is thrown, but where it will eventually rest is entirely transparent, making it impossible to tell only using Precognition.
