Coming of Amintore

Founding

Foundation of the Arcanian religion, foundation of the Empire calendar, Empire Era system, and the arcane magic system.

A man named Amintore Gellion who was a descendant of the great dragon king of old and established the Arcanian religion. He declared that the gods helped him with the development of the arcane. He had power with the arcane unlike any other. He became king and declared a new era. He began to train others in his superior arcane gifts, to send magisters out and preach of the gifts that Emmis and Alaris offered. He set his kingdom to take over the other local kingdoms by force or by diplomacy. The new king had a large group of elves around him at all times, these elves numbered around 400 strong. The king spoke of the elves as wise counselors who helped him achieve attunement with the gods. In exchange he offered the elves a new home. These elves were survivors of a disaster that took place at an island within the Akani Sea. Amintore had a fleet of men who helped save the elves. Amintore took inspiration from the elven colander and created the Empire colander that is now commonly used to this day.
