Session 7: The safety of a home

General Summary

As the party had just fled from the giant's castle. They managed to just escape with some near death experiences but everybody survived and Gebo got what they came there for: The last piece of information needed to finish the illusion rune that will allow the party to hide an area's presence for anybody unaware of the area. The party decided to travel towards Aníkitos and settle there using the rune Gebo mastered. During travel the party had a argument over Salrora trying to sacrifice herself instead of getting out with everybody. Mainly Kipe was very angry and gave a good talking to Salrora. It took a long time, the party traveled across the road as fast as they could and the physicly weaker of the party members were constantly exhausted from walking too much during the entire travel. About halfway to the city Kipe found out that the servants of the gods that were chasing them had caught up and were about a mile away from them, he found out using a detect object spell on a object kipe knew the chasers carried with them. The party decided to Go of road, and rolled a nat 20 on a survival check to hide their tracks. The party managed to cause the chasers to completely lose track. After traveling through the wild causing the travel to take longer they eventually reached a point about 12 miles from the city. There at a small lake at a little side stream that diferged from the main river that leads to anikitos the party cast the rune and hid. The party traveled for 12 days to the point where they settled.
The party spent a total of 2 years during this session just living in the area. The party spent that time mainly building a home and gathering food. Kipe worked on making farms and he made a tree farm so he could hide the farm as being natural in the woods. He planted apple and fig trees. All the party members also spent plenty of time with the growing Ourus. Ourus started to become a bit of a introverted kid that also can be very explosive and active all of a sudden. Ourus also started to question where he came from quite a bit since he was the only small person here and he wondered why at some point. At the end of the session ourus was about 3 years old. Towards the end of the session Izzu also cam back. He completely ignored the hiding rune not even noticing it was there. Izzu had clearly changed. He had found his faith again this time in some entity in the stars that clearly did do something magical to him.
