Relic hunters 4: waterworks
General Summary
After defeating the Goat demon the party traveled on for another 4 days. During those 4 days they had a short encounter 1 evening with a minotaur called Arnoran. This minotaur travels the demon planes to destroy demons.
When the party finally arrived at the waterworks they had 1 problem. They were still on the wrong side of the river the waterworks was next to, the water turned out to be mildly acidic causing crossing the river to be a challenge. and so the party travled further upstream untill they found a old abandoned and half borken down bridge. after deckie went first to test if the bridge was safe the entire party traveled over the rickedy bridge.
The next evening the party arrived at the waterworks. With deep dark acidic rain clouds looming in the distance the party hurries inside quickly. But not before going past some tents located outside the waterworks. The tents and the people in it were slightly strange. 1 member called Ares however had a demonic mark on their cheek that a party member noticed. After hurrying inside the party first explored the lower floor where there seemed to be a form of waste disposal. The filth was left in pools on the floor. After the party explored a bit and Eris got attacked by a carnivorous plant the party tried to go to the second floor. But when leothidas stepped too close to the pools a animated heap of filth attacked him. The filth animated by the energy of the demon planes put of a fight but was defeated pretty quickly.
The party traveled to the second floor where they found a body in a suit of complicated armor. the party couldnt get the skeleton out of the armor so they decided to take it as a whole after finding the armor is a form of magical. They also found that more in the facility was magical. The party decided to travel up to the 3d floor but first they decided to take a short rest.
The session lasted 5 days. the session ended on the end of the 24th of Aasc, the day being Athen and the year 532
