Draconic transformation

When a creature that isn't fully dragon does have a partial dragonic ancectry they sometimes unlock a magic in their soul, written into the biology of dragons. This draconic transformation is more likely to happen the more dragon there is in the blood (a half-dragon is more likely to unlock it than 1/16th). A draconic transformation allows that person to train and focus to unlock draconic natural magic and slowly gain more draconic features in appearance and ability untill eventually they become a full Dragon. Achieving this is however really difficult and most people die of old age before managing it. It also is more difficult the smaller the amount of draconic ancectry is as you have a lower "starting position".
The draconic transformation will also have physical effects on a person, slowly transforming their body to gain more and more draconic features, though they only start partially in the proccess as those with very little draconic ancectry can't be visually observed to be draconic.
