Decleas
Decleas was the leader of the Argos while it existed.
Decleas is a true speaker, meaning he can speak true words to cast various magics.
The man is kindhearted and holds a strong sense of his wrong and right, which is also what caused him to do some very questionable actions in trying to summon a army of demons bound to his will to stop Acromeas from the evils they were commiting, this was the reason Decleas created the Argos.
History: Decleas is a speaker and as such he would travel around the world with his magic, in Acromeas however 1 day he was captured for using his magic, and was transported into a prison there, however it turned out to be a feeding site instead as a demon was kept there which stayed there as long as it was being fed prisoners, and Acromeas was doing exactly that. When Decleas saw a little girl among the prisoners he snapped and fought back, managing to just escape and break various prisoners out, while he left the building there and the feedings probably continued after he left, he did save the little girl called Phoebe and various other prisoners. The group that escaped is what became the argos, all wanted criminals they started to try and set up to bring acromeas to their knees to stop the atrocities they had commited.
Phoebe and Decleas hold a very close bond. Decleas considers Phoebe a daughter of his and Phoebe sees Decleas as a father in return. Decleas is the one who taught Phoebe true word magic as a means of defence for herself.
Decleas played a middling role in the
Relic hunters campaign.
