The 3 witches are a mostly unknown entity, its even unknown if they actually are 3 entities or just 1 often seen as 3. The 3 witches are order and predetermined fate, scholars theorize that the world at some point long ago didn't have free will or chance, and that all had a predetermined path of fate controlled by the 3 witches.
