Efh Alari The Elven Kingdom

Elven Lore

General things to know:

The elven kingdom is the oldest settlement known to the mortals of Gaia. Since Efh Alari was created the elves build on top of each structure slowly throughout a millennian until the peak of the elven kingdom rose above the Fey woods. The elven people keep to themselves, most of their items stay in the kingdom and the few that get out are hoarded or sold and fetch a high price in other settlements. 4 centuries ago the elves and drow lived along side each other peacefully until one of the High elves leaders were murdered. That night the elven folk said the saw a shadowy figure roaming the kingdom with skin as dark as the cloth they wore. After that tensions were high and the two groups slowly began to segregate from one another. The drow were forced in they lower parts of the city, making that their home. Their military only lack in numbers, but not quality. They are mostly known for their Elite Arcane Snipers. In text its said that a millennian ago with the war where the elves shoved the demons back into hell, 2 dozen Arcane snipers wipe out over 2000 demons in a matter of minutes. The Elite Arcane Snipers never leave their post on top of the outside walls. Besides the snipers they have strong ties in magic, their dragonfly brigade is also known to be fearsome in battle.

Society:

The Elves are a lawful good society, Magic and arts are a core aspect in the kingdom of Efh Alari. They are a isolated nation by choice, solely relying on the resources provided by the fey woods. Throughout the centuries of coexisting with these woods the elves have flawlessly formed a symbiotic nature with the Fey Woods. Through this relationship they are provided with resources, food, shelter and some unlikely allies of the woods.

Religion:

The elves have a strong belief that they descended from greater fey. Thus stems their worship in the elder fey. Their main pantheon is Titania, the fey deity of Faerie folk and Realms, Friendship, and Magic.

Trade:

The Elves seldom trade outside their own kingdom, for over half a millennia they stayed to themselves. Though you would get the occasional curious elf explorer. The majority of the keep to their nation.

Allies and Enemies:

The Elves are neutral in relations to humans and generally don't get along with every other race.
