While technically associated with the City of Light, the Vespertine language has spread throughout the continent over a mere fifty years, becoming the predominant means of communication. Anyone with any modern professional aspirations is expected to learn Vespertine at least conversationally, with the truly ambitious taking "nativist" lessons with native speakers.
