State Radio Waves

State Waves refer to those radio frequencies accessible exclusively by the Vesperian state. These are used for public broadcasts, telephones, and investigations of Ether superwaves and subwaves. Private Radio Frequencies run from 78.556 MHz to 777.222 MHz, and presumably beyond.
