The narrowest range of accessible Radio Frequencies, Public Waves are accessible to anyone for personal use, provided they have the technology. These are typically used by walky-talkies, personal comms, and occasional (unsuccessful) attempts at Ether navigation. Public Radio Frequencies run from 26.888 MHz to 27.222 MHz.
