Maddus Frehan

A real estate developer and investor, Maddus Frehan is the Conservative candidate in the current mayoral election, running against incumbent Wilhelmina Madrigal.
Many of Frehan's opponents have referred to him as a fascist, a label he does not seem to shy away from, having recently paid to have copies of The Castle on the Hill (written by King Crysos) sent to every registered voter on Vesper's Northside. Prominent in Frehan's platform is restructuring neighborhoods based on the ethnic demographics found in those neighborhoods.
