Henry Nollard

Sergeant Henry Nollard (a.k.a. Hank)

A Whitehound sergeant serving the twenty-third precinct, Henry Nollard is currently involved in an internal review and is under administrative leave with pay. Due to recent controversies regarding police oversight, Nollard has become something of a minor hero among conservatives and pro-police activists. Though not officially disclosed, he is believed to have been involved with the shooting of Micas Vinimar.

Henry Nollard appears in Chapter 1 of Book 1.

He harrasses and waylays Gretta and Micas Vinimar, attempting to arrest them over false drug charges. His harrassment leads to Micas being shot to death by several officers called onsite by Prospertine.
