Hecatsfen

A narcotic synthesized for use by Seers, which allegedly helps them focus and work more efficiently.
Since the start of the Second Tech Boom, hecatsfen is produced in the Sea of Hope and exported via convoy to Vesper. Hecatsfen was recently banned the Madrigal administration, however, leaving many economists to wonder about the future of the drug. Some reports claim hecatsfen causes minor ailments of the stomach sensations of dread, paranoia, or depression, but there are no records of any "positive" effects like elation, hallucinations, or calm. In short, with the enactment of this ban, the product no longer seems to have any purpose or market.
