Vallum was the scourge of the Third Era and unfortunate proof that no hero was
beyond corruption. Waging war against all of the material plane and beyond he
caused unending suffering and a loss of life that rivals even the tyranny of Tiamat.
A Tragic figure who sought to save the world through power alone.

His unique portfolio gave him the ability to subvert concepts and fundamental laws, an example
of this being his ability to hit a target from any distance without covering that distance himself, or
the reverse, crossing a distance of several hundred feet in a single step despite not moving more than two.
All by nonmagical means. Most would consider Vallum and his combat feats Non-Euclidean

Personal history
His intentions were truly good and virtuous, and shared by most heroes across time, but the closer
her got to his goal, the more evil and depraved his actions became. Vallum sought to safeguard the
world from a danger that was approaching from beyond the Sphere and, after council, decided the best
way to save everyone was to gain as much power as possible. He began by hunting down evil lesser gods
and absorbing there power and souls. slowly over the course of many years this began to change, and
soon enough whether or not the god was evil didn't matter to him at all and he started to hunting down
any god. This began to effect him more and more, degrading his mind and fracturing his psyche, until he
was eventually nothing but a power hungry tyrant. By the end of the Third Era he was not just absorbing the
souls of gods, but any living thing. Vallum was also brainwashing the people of Vaal into believing that his
rule was the only one that could work and without him, the world would crumble.

Mental Trauma
The absorbtion of so many souls eventually completely destroyed his sense of self and
ability to think clearly. By the end, the only part of him that even could be recognized as
Vallum, was his desire to keep the world safe from outsiders.
Intellectual Characteristics
Despite his broken psyche, he still retained a frightening amount of intellect. At the end of the
Third Era, the first Daughters of Mercy could not kill him due to his meticulous preparations
and instead had to sacrifice themselves to simply seal him away
