Their hearts can be used to speak to entitles from outside the sphere, why exactly this can happen is not understood

Geographic Origin and Distribution

They appear to only be within the Outlands and don't usually wander outside that area

Average Intelligence

They are perfectly sentient and are even capable of communication but usually never choose to do so

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Looking upon the Nex Deer seems to cause extreme mental dissonance in most people causing extreme pain and is capable of even rendering some people unconscious immediately
