The release incantation for Moanta's is "Drown Them, Moanta" . This form takes the shape of a Katana with a hooked end. while in Beretu, Hart can freely use hydrokinesis on any water around him, but it becomes significantly harder if he can not see the water, such as the water within living beings
Using Moanta's full name in the incantation releases the Maretu form, where Moanta takes the shape of a large ship anchor, nearly 5 feet tall. While in this form an area around Hart becomes a bottomless pool of water that he can freely walk on or move about.
