Personal history
Hearda was born and grew up in Vitrois and she only has good memories of her former home. When she was 16 she decided that it was time for her to go out into the world and do something great, so she left and went to Paramour. While there she got very involved with many businesses and learned a great deal about business practices, from their laws, to shipping concerns. After makin many connection with the businesses in Paramour, Hearda ran for a Minister position and won in 5358. As a celebration, she decided to go back to Vitrois to tell her family the news. She enjoyed her time back before heading back across the ocean. However on the way back to Chumane's mainland, her ship was suddenly attacked by some unknown creature. The crew and other passengers were killed in the chaos. Hearda had only barely survived, clutching onto some debris. Thankfully for her, Hart was walking across the ocean at the time. As soon as he picked her out of the wreckage, she fell into unconsciousness. She woke up in Narss and begged him to keep her safe on the way back to Paramour. Since then she has always had Hart ready to help her at a moments notice.

Works as a Minister for Chumane
She focuses on passing bills and legislation for businesses in and around Paramour, keeping them happy and healthy so the city can continue to grow
Mental Trauma
To this day she is still horrified of the ocean and refuses to board any boats, still even shying away from smaller bodies of water like lakes. Hart had taken noticed and specifically learned Teleportation Circle to help her
She has yet to revisit Vitrois since her ship wreck and is too concerned about it to even ask Hart to go set a circle there

She believes in doing right wherever you can, but not at the constant cost of yourself. She believes you cant do more good if you just burn yourself out early, pick your battles carefully and make sure those are the ones you win
