Personal history
Ee'zem was hatched inside an orphanage, she was told that her egg was just left at the door step, and its speculated that her egg was taken from a Yuan-ti nest by an adventurer as a trophy of sorts, but upon discovering they wouldnt get any money from it, ditched the first moment they could. She had only spent 10 years in the orphanage before being adopted her parents, a pair of Half-dragons. They took her in and raised her happily treating her like the family she had always wanted
While young, she still carried quite a few of the Yuan-ti instincts, but her parents were patient with her and were able to help her move away from them completely
She spent alot of time around jewels thanks to her parents and had quite a talent for shaping them and determining their worth, which led to her opening a jewelry store in Paramour. She spent decades building its reputation and improving her skills until she was eventually seen as one of the best non-magical jewelers in Paramour and had a shop in the central section.

While having no proper education, she has spent decades in the upper echelon of society and has picked up quite a few things.
