Sa'Vahn (a.k.a. The Fallen)

Known only to a few, Sa'Vahn or as he is often called the Fallen is a Diety and one partially responsible for the Shattering millenia ago.

Dieties

Sa'Vahn, or the Fallen is a diety created for the Shattered Seas, his role is as the Patron Diety of the Material Plane. It is unclear to history if this was a mortal man who underwent an apothesis to achieve godhood, or a diety that had existed since time immemorium.  Sa'Vahn is however rightfully credited for the corruption which seeped into the world as his powers grew. In terms or relation to the other dieties of typical D&D panthyons Sa'Vahn forged contracts with the Devils of the Nine Hells to hold their power in check and to prevent them from entering the Material Plane, as well he forged alliances with many of the demon princes of the Abyss in order to feed their infighting.

Cleric Domains

In a Campaign Setting Sa'Vahn may the patron of a Clerics ability, although this is rare from is sequestered place in the Astral Sea. Sa'Vahn is typically associated with the Death, Grave, Order, Trickery, and War Domains. Although beyond these Domains the Clerics of Sa'Vahn typically fall under Lawful Evil or Neutral allignments. Their commitment is to the preservation of the Material Plane against the forces that reside beyond. The Goal of a Cleric of Sa'Vahn is his return from the Astral Sea, and preservation of his contracts with the Nine Hells.

Warlock Pacts

Sa'Vahn is more commonly the patron of Warlocks, with the Pact of the Fallen being unique to him. Those who follow the Pact of the Fallen work towards his return, and seek power to affect his change into the world. Be that through the powers he grants or political power over the nations of the world to rally behind him.
