Origin of the Dregen
The youngest race of the Shattered Seas, the Dregen are only as old as the Shattering. To the other races of the world there is very little known about their origins, or their history. Most of what is known is that the Dregen have taken over the ruins of a now extinct human culture. Although there is little to show for this any more, many humans blame the Dregen for the extinction of this culture. While there is some small measure of truth to this it is not their direct responsibility, as the Humans had been gone for two centuries by the time the first Dregen appeared.
