Torpedo Holm

After making a batch of devil fruited gunpowder, a pirate came here and was never seen again. It seems as though the animals ate the gunpowder and instead of killng them, it gave them the powers of the haki haki fruit. After eating the gunpowder the animal gets covered in armrament haki and seem to use observation haki to hunt down their next target.
