Shadesea Bulwark

The Shadesea Bulwark is a fortress designed to recruit new troops to either train there or send them to the Big Fort.

Upper Ward - The current admiral of this fort used to be a tier 3(lowest) soldier but he worked himself up and beyond into being an admiral.
