Huaca is an invisible wind that blows through an alternate domin as a crisscrossing tapestry draped over world and that moves through and penetrates everyone and everything. It is in constant motion and the lines they travel are reflected by the siq'i ritual pathways carved into dirt roads and mountain highways. Its powers can be redirected through inversely mirroring the crisscross patterns the wind makes as it moves with lines of string and forcing an effect.Cosmology
The celestial bureaucracy is the pantheon of the innoit gods being reflected by the state. It is a religion that includes many gods, local deities, spirits, ghosts and other beings who carry out specific duties in the heavens when they are prayed to.
