The Blind God

"This world leaves you unstable, at times uneasy, and too often unbalanced. For the uncertainty you feel in life, as you pass to the next realm we find your balance." -Ko-ok La'al High Priest of The Blind God, Sending at the Funeral of Lord Jav'min Bednar     The Blind god is not a personality, so much as an all-knowing entity. Few have seen their form, but it has been described as a perfectly symmetrical butterfly made of pure light. The Blind God acts indirectly, upon its' Holy Sites and sometimes people through enforcing balance.    The Blind God imparts upon its' followers to always take no more than you give, and to not give more than you can take. For each crop you harvest, sow another. For each campsite you raise, leave the land as you found it. For each day spent on indulgence, a day of hard labor. For each corpse made, ensure another life is brought into Fortur.

Tenets of Faith

Take No more Than you can give, and give as much as is taken.     For every life that comes to rest, another must be birthed.     There is no life worth more than another, there is no crime worth more than another's weight.     Every action has a weight     Every person can measure     The Next life is perfectly balanced, but that does not excuse an imbalanced life

Priesthood

Priests of The Blind God often proceed over funerals, it is customary for them to craft unique scales that are placed on the graves of the deceased. Two Items are crafted to be placed on the scale, items that are of importance to the deceased. The scales have a small weighted mechanism on the inside that has several ball bearings, which slowly slide downwards over the years, eventually resulting in the scale being perfectly balanced as the moment that signifies the dead is at peace.
