"I like watching them suffer, they look so cute writhing in agony."

Some Demons grow bored in The Nine hells, they thirst for more beyond what their realms can provide. Only a very select few grow strong enough to crawl from below to the Materiel Plane. Liliana came to Fortur looking for slaves, she instead found playthings. So cute they were, the people who suffer, the faces they make and the way their bodies react to pain.
But she wasn't alone, for many mortals know that there is no greater pleasure in this world than inflicting suffering on others. In pain we all are equal, rich and poor alike feel the sting of a whip and the piercing of a needle. There are no rulers, only those who inflict pain and those who receive it.

Unlike most dieties, Lilliana has no physical form on the material plane. She exists merely as a will. It is said that some followers of hers are possessed, a form made flesh.
