Lana The Sky Pirate

"Whether Sea or Sky it can be a lonely place, if you don't like the company you provide yourself. That's the trick though isn't it love? Whether I spirit you away, or sail into the night with only clouds at my side, I am still the captain of my own vessel. I choose this life, and you may choose it to if you like but...I can't choose it for you." -Volume III of assembled Creeds of Lana The Sky Pirate, catalogued from scraps of parchment lost at sea on 13th 5, P.F. 860       Some look up to the skies as children and imagine the clouds have shape, perhaps a great ogre or a happy bear or...could it be a pirate ship? So certain you saw it among the clouds, the perfect outline of a great mast and a sail with it skipping across the skies as if the air were ocean. This long was the myth of Lana, The Sky Pirate.   Though she has never established any formal chantry that hasn't stopped those who find comfort in her free spirit from following. Indeed, orders of sky piracy can be said to have existed as early as P.F. 85 as loosely confederated drinking halls. Over time as Lana has made the occasional stop in port on the ground, what were once admirers quickly became clerics as every word that could be committed to parchment or tablet became gospel of her way.      You will find followers of Lana The Sky Pirate anywhere that there are souls nomadic, or travelers with a pure lust for discovery. The Sunstone Isles, and Uruk-Myr are where her sigil is most often seen, but as chaotic as her followers are you will likely find them in any manner of place.     Followers of The Sky Pirate are generally not concerned with other chantries, however in 1115 P.F. there began a practice among some sects of followers of The Joyous Queen to reject or be outwardly hostile towards Sky Pirates, which has caused much tension.
