Jaylinn
A professional domme voluntarily employed at Sargalle, Jaylinn runs the main brothel in the city, the Garden of Delights. She is smart, witty, charming, and vicious. While still monitored by the guardians, she functions entirely under her own volition and travels throughout the city, accompanied by a bawdy group of beautiful women clad in burlesque costumes. Rumour has it that she is a member of the Sly Guard.
She speaks fondly of her work in Sargalle, embracing both her role at the Garden and the frequent business trips it requires. When travelling abroad, she is a formal representative of the city of Sargalle and uses her charms to great effect to elevate both the position and reputation of the city as a whole.

Jaylinn is closely tied to the work done at the Ministry of Reassignment, since a majority of the citizens kept under her watchful eye are the cruelest and most violent offenders in Fortis. Her establishment, the Garden of Delights, is the most closely monitored area in the city of Sargalle. Her extensive magical abilities and mercilessly authoritarian demeanor are perfectly suited for her role.
Rumours abound regarding Jaylinn's origins, the source of her wealth, and her connections to powerful groups ranging from smuggling rings to the ministry itself. She is widely believed to be the leader of the Sly Guard, although this makes little sense given the amount of time required by her position at the Garden.
