Bedonia- Citidel of Dol Arrah
Description-
The Citidel of Dol Arrah is the seat of power for the Kassian Order. It is beleived that this was the origional base of opperations for Kas's first attempted revolt, when many of his writtings of independence and other works were written. It was destroyed by the Dark Elves, but the ruins remained, and were rediscovered by Eshea, after receiving a vision teling her to bring the order to this point in the desert. It has since been restored by the order, but parts of it are still unde reconstruction.
Faction belief/dogma-
The Kasian Order beleives in the works and teaching of Kas, almost deifying him. He is atributed with freeing the Bedoine people by working closly with the Lich King vecna, and then sacrificing himself to destroy Vecna so that Bedonia would forever be free to rule itself. He is also acredited with many types of magic, including proficy, illusion, as well as the interpritation and manipulatin of dreams. This is all in addition to his work in necromancy which he learned from Vecna, and though is is considered taboo to practice the resurection of bodies, some necromantic spells are still alive and practiced within the Kasian Order, such as the returning of life to the recently dead.
Faction strength and influence-
The order has a number of care takers and acolytes in Kaston, taing care of the Broken Thrown. In the Citidel, they have a dozen or so acolytes and 2 senior members in addition to those in official roles.
The Voice of Kas, Eshea- a tall, slender and beautiful woman, with dark olive skin and looking like an egyption royal. She has a small knowing smile, and her eyes go white while prophasising. She does not come out of her inner sanctum except once a month to commence a celebration in Kas's honor. Only the most important individuals meet her.
Head Preistess Raqui- she speaks for Eshea and runs the citidel on a daily basis. She also performs most of the prophecies for those seeking guuidence, and teaches the younger acolytes. She is draped in white cloth and a golden headband, and has a similar egyptian look to her. Speaks with athority.
Akram- the front atendant who tends to guests and ensures they are taken care of. He is a young Bedoine man, black skin and very dark hair, but a brilliently white smile. He is friendly and helpful as he can, and will eagerly answer any and all questions posed to him.
Keeper of Lore Hassan- keeps the records and documents saved by the order, many of which were written by Kas himself detailing the many victories had by the side of Vecna, and the slow decent of madness Vecna faced, and then the growing worry of the fate of the Bedoines under Vecnas Rule.
Alia- Eshea's younger sister and her personal attendant, making sure that her needs are met. She looks much like her sister, but younger and smaller, equally beautiful but carries much less confidence and is more unnassuming.
