Bedonia- Basila

City History, Culture, Trade and Description
Basila is the northern most city of the Bedouin, and the one that most openly associates with the dark elf remnants. It is rather small in comparison to cities, but is still a respectable size.
Important Characters
Sultan Arvir- a male teifling, with black skin, large straight horns and red eyes, devilishly charming, offspring of Grazeet, whos likeness is the background of his seal which is on the back of his cloak. 
Captain of Guard- Duulin, a large black furred Minitaur. He was brought to Bedonia as a slave, but earned his freedom when he saved Sultan Arvir form a drow raid. He since has proven his loyalty and worth as Avir's right hand enforcer.
Viseer Abdul- a Bedoine man, middle aged on the cusp of turning grey, black robes with red trim. Silent mostly, talks in hshed tones, usually whispering to the sultan only.

Shops
Blacksmith- a decently sized workshop on the eastern side of the town, works on mostly light armor and weapons, as well as ship repairs. Run by a fire Genasi named Burning Hands, works with his bare hands in the forges. He has dark orange skin and firey red hair, shaved on the sides and pulled into a man bun.
General store- a small trading post located on the water front, run by a bedoine named Hadrian, who ha long black braided hair and golden eyes.
Crossed Staves- a relatively large tavern and inn located near the center of town, made of sandstone with a flat roof for seating and drinking, rooms on the main floor. Its run by a dark purple teifling woman named Dihala, who has a dazzaling smile and a soft voice.
Shady dealer- a small tent in a far corner of the bazaar, a bit tattered and faded cloth. Run by A one eyed and scarred Tabaxi named Golden Trick, with molten brown fur and a raspy voice. He was exiled from his tribe, and sells what he can find or steal, connected to the drow underworld in the city.
