The Loss of Varis and the Search for a New Direction.

With the Death of the would-be leader of the group, the Irregulars must now find a new path to walk, Do they wait for a ship that might never return, do they search for the vampires, now vanished, do they march north to their would-be a fortress to regroup and repurpose, do they march south to the nearest port for answers to their crew, or do they try to find out about the mysterious individual that killed their friend and the raiders that accompanied him? Many paths now lie open for them each one reasonable and filled with possible adventure.
One thing remains certain however, They can not stay in the city until nightfall, as looters, bandits, and creatures of all types might descend into the city for what remains. So what path shall they take?
After some discussion about all available options, the group agrees to march back to the fortress to regroup and reorganize then act on the information they gathered.
Escaping the city would have been an issue if not for the Keen eyes of Mizzito and the maps acquired by Zolis. When leaving the city they noticed the strewn evidence of people attempting to leave the city.
Along the week long journey to Mirabar the Group passed by many refugees some attempting to stay at twons and villages, and others making their way to Mirabar as well. Important memorable locations like the town alyssa's character died in and the ship was acquired, the location where said character saved the group in their attack against the fort. 
Passing though these locations the group came up to the city of Mirabar with the hopes of learning about whether or not the lady of note was with child (Refer to the Childs ?, Plot) Here Verj laid with another elf woman and faded to black a couple times, with very high performance rolls. 
Upon awakening the group went searching for information about the woman of note, but verj was able to escape Mizitto and find the woman first. Upon meeting with this woman a private talk occurred and fade to black. Afterwards the group decided to take up a quest to hunt a bear.
After engaging with the bear hades proceeded to dies and Zolis realized that the Bear was Fang. Zolis chased after the Bear but failed to find it after a 12 hour chase, eventually praying to any good who would ansser her call to save her friend hades offering her life in seervitude to whoever answered. Upon finishing this prayer and passing out, she awoke to 1 multiclass level in cleric and the return of Hades. 
Now after a days walk Zolis returns to the city finding Hades Alive and the return of other interesting events. During this days travel Miz and Verj watched over hades, but who knows what kind of schenanagins they engaged in while waiting for Zolis return.
