Icy Flow
This "enchanted" form of Mithral is holding elemental power inside of the bar. In order to craft this material, a Mithral bar has to be taken and breathed on by a White Dragon. This imbues the bar with freezing powers and gives it a white mystical look.
Properties
Physical & Chemical Properties
Using this metal while creating the following equipment will grant the properties as follows:
- Weapons:
- Counts as a magical weapon.
- Gains a +1 to all attack rolls with this weapon.
- If the weapon had the Heavy property, it no longer does.
- If the weapon did not have the Heavy property, it gains the Light and Finesse properties.
- If the weapon had the Two-Handed property, it now has the Versatile property instead. (Check the table below for damage dice)
- A weapon made with this material also deals an additional 1d6 Cold damage on a hit.
- Armor:
- If the armor normally imposes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks, the Icy Flow version does not.
- If the armor normally has a Strength requirement, the Icy Flow version does not.
- The armor made with this material also gives immunity to Cold damage.
