Encountered the minions of Muiral as well as the drow of House Auvryndar. Attempted to break the curse on Muiral; ended up just torturing him by accident. Sparked a rebellion among the troglodytes against the drow, which opened them up to undead invasion. The House was destroyed and the party escaped.

Muiral's quest was given as this:

Neon letters indicate this is Level 11 - Muiral's Gauntlet. Shards of glass litter the floor—mirrors. Their empty frames line the walls. As you survey the chamber, you catch a glimpse among the glass: Halaster's smirking visage. His voice worms its way into your mind: "Welcome to Muiral's Gauntlet, home of my maddest apprentice, that ugly bastard. The drow parasites have the gall to claim this lair as theirs—just because their ancestors carved these chambers and erected the temples! Undermountain belongs to ME!" The multitude of Halaster's, one for each shard of glass, snarl dangerously. Suddenly, he brightens. "But enough of that. I've a request—nay, a challenge!—for you, my dearest contestants. Muiral, my poor apprentice, my poor bodyguard, has been cursed. He has been hideously transformed, and he cannot tolerate his own reflection. Shuns it. Shatters mirrors, stomps through puddles, uses steel wool on cooking utensils, the works. But little does he know that his fear is the key to his salvation! He must gaze on his image, really look at it well, to be restored to his former glory. Force Muiral to gaze at his own self and you shall be rewarded! Ah, but I know what you're thinking—I always know what you're thinking—and illusion magic will not count. This has to be wholesale! He must confront the real deal for his soul to be set free!"   The shards of glass start to vibrate and fly together. A small handheld mirror appears in one of your hand's. "There you go, free of charge." Halaster's grinning face slowly fades from the mirror.
When they finally grabbed Muiral, they were treated to this:
Muiral lets out anguished screams as he stares in horror at his own malformed reflection. Through the screams you hear Halaster cackling madly. "Oh boy! Oh man, this is excellent. Well done, my Contestants, well done! He's gotten way too clever to be fooled by any of the mirrors I usually sneak in, but I KNEW I could count on you! Listen to him scream! This is the best day ever. 300 Halaster points to each of you!"
Turns out Halaster had lied to them.
