Dripping Caves

Nestled a mile north of Nightstone, the Dripping Caves serve as a natural refuge in times of peril. The main entrance, a yawning cave mouth on the southern face of a rocky, pine-topped hill, opens into a sprawling underground system. Known for its damp, echoing chambers and the sound of constant water droplets, the caves are dark and foreboding but provide shelter from the dangers outside.   Two other entrances exist around the hill. On the west side, a narrow tunnel feeds a small stream into the depths, leading to an isolated chamber. On the east side, a dry tunnel gently descends deeper into the earth, offering a longer, quieter route into the heart of the cave system.
