Session 23: The Scarlet Brotherhood

General Summary

The party starts to wander the city and decider to visit Anders. They drill the lock out the door and enter. With some examination they find Anders dead in his bed with the mark of the scarlet brotherhood in blood on his forehead. The also find in the office legal records mostly pertaining to the butler Skerwin to receive everything upon Anders death and vise versa.

The party leaves to wait for Skerwins boat to arrive, as the party was told he was out on business when they catch someone stalking them. They capture them and lock them on their boat. Somehow, Kyra, Ved, and Jorn while not looking, miss the stalker slipping away with accomplices. Kyra gets the scent of eggs and jumps on the chance to find the source.

She runs out of town into the woods and forest and gets surrounded. She gets beat to a pulp and told to no longer follow this trail the party is on. Ved and Drea find her. Jorn then sees Skerwins boat pull into harbor.
